Prenatal Yoga Kundalini Sets

I currently teach yoga at Twisted Monkey Yoga Studio in Rockledge, PA (right outside NE Philadelphia).  You can check out the current schedule and when I am teaching here.

Below are sets from Gurmukh”s Khalsa Way Prenatal Kundalini Yoga teacher training manual.

Be sure to start by tuning in/warmup before and end with Long Time Sun (can tune in etc yourself once familiar). You can choose one of the other sets if you are not feeling this one today.  See playlist of sets on Youtube here.
